I put the curd in the chopper. I add to it the egg yolks, separated from the whites.
I pour sugar into the egg whites and beat them slightly until white peaks do not have to be done.
I add semolina, vanilla sugar, lemon zest to the grinder. And I pour in here the protein-sugar mass.
I mix everything well in the food processor (you can manually, but then grains of cottage cheese will be felt in the casserole, and I like a homogeneous dessert). Pour boiling water over the raisins for 10 minutes.
I add it to the curd mass and stir with a spoon. In the form, melt the butter and distribute it evenly. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs. I shake it lightly so that the dressing is evenly distributed. I pour the dough. I beautifully lay pineapple rings on top of it.
I bake the curd casserole in the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Let the casserole cool and gently remove it from the mold.
Decorate the finished cottage cheese casserole with pineapples with cherries.
