- Beat eggs into a bowl, add sugar and vanilla sugar.
- Beat eggs with sugar. Then cut the butter into pieces and add to the egg mixture. Beat.
- Rinse and dry the raisins. Beat the cottage cheese well with an immersion blender.
- Add the egg mixture and semolina to the curd. Mix. Leave on for 10-15 minutes.
- Turn on and preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Add raisins to the curd mass. Mix everything well.
- Grease a mold with butter and sprinkle with flour. Put the curd mass into the prepared form.
- Cook curd casserole with raisins and semolina in the oven at 160 degrees until golden brown (about 35-40 minutes).
