  • Cottage cheese – 600 g
  • Sugar – 150-200 g
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Raisins – 50 g
  • Butter (softened) – 50 g + for greasing the mold
  • Semolina – 3-4 tbsp
  • Vanilla sugar – 10 g
  • Wheat flour – for sprinkling the mold

  1. Beat eggs into a bowl, add sugar and vanilla sugar.

  2. Beat eggs with sugar. Then cut the butter into pieces and add to the egg mixture. Beat.
  3. Rinse and dry the raisins. Beat the cottage cheese well with an immersion blender.
  4. Add the egg mixture and semolina to the curd. Mix. Leave on for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Turn on and preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Add raisins to the curd mass. Mix everything well.

  6. Grease a mold with butter and sprinkle with flour. Put the curd mass into the prepared form.
  7. Cook curd casserole with raisins and semolina in the oven at 160 degrees until golden brown (about 35-40 minutes).
