Beat the egg whites with 100 g sugar until stiff. Beat the yolks with 20 g sugar and the vanilla sugar until frothy, then stir in the curd cheese. Mix and fold in nuts, flour and baking powder, fold in the egg whites, spread the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake golden brown at 190 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes. Cut into small pieces, arrange and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
