- Berry mirror:
- Mix 250g berries with icing sugar and some berry liqueur!
- Mix the curd cheese with yoghurt, lemon juice, vanilla and icing sugar, mix in the gelatine soaked in rum, and finally fold in the whipped cream.
- Pour the mixture into a terrine dish lined with cling film, put the raspberries in it and chill.
- Turn out and serve with a berry dish.
