Ingredients

  • 250 g quark (curd cheese)
  • 0.25 liter ¼ yogurt
  • 0.5 ½ lemon juice
  • 150 g powdered suar
  • 1 point vanilla sugar
  • liter ⅛ whipped cream, (cream)
  • 4 sheets gelatin
  • 100 g raspberries
  • 100 g powdered suar
  • 60 ml liqueur, (berry liqueur)
  • 250 g berries
  • some rum

Instructions

  1. Berry mirror:
  2. Mix 250g berries with icing sugar and some berry liqueur!
  3. Mix the curd cheese with yoghurt, lemon juice, vanilla and icing sugar, mix in the gelatine soaked in rum, and finally fold in the whipped cream.
  4. Pour the mixture into a terrine dish lined with cling film, put the raspberries in it and chill.
  5. Turn out and serve with a berry dish.
