Beat the softened butter until foamy and add the sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and the egg. Keep stirring until you have a smooth mixture. Then add the flour and baking powder and stir in until you have a nice batter.
Mix all ingredients well for the cream.
Roll out 3/4 of the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, then spread the cream on top.
Either cut or grate the fruit. I like to grate apples and pears together, that`s a good sweetness. Spread on the cream and sprinkle with a sugar-cinnamon mixture as desired.
Then sprinkle the remaining quarter of the batter over the cake. Simply take a small piece of dough between your fingers and grate until the whole cake is covered.
