Instructions

  1. Beat eggs with sugar until very frothy, mix in the quark, breadcrumbs and lemon well, leave to rest for 10 minutes, form 8 dumplings and add to the boiling water and turn down the heat a little, let the dumplings steep for about 10 minutes.
  2. Heat the QimiQ (cream) and dissolve the marzipan in it. Add amaretto, possibly add some chocolate - eat everything warm.
