Ingredients
- 250 g quark (curd cheese)
- 100 g breadcrumbs (biscuit crumbs)
- 2 egg (s)
- 70 g powdered suar
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), zest and juice
- 250 g QimiQ, (substitute for cream)
- 175 g marzipan
- 2 tablespoon amaretto

- Beat eggs with sugar until very frothy, mix in the quark, breadcrumbs and lemon well, leave to rest for 10 minutes, form 8 dumplings and add to the boiling water and turn down the heat a little, let the dumplings steep for about 10 minutes.
- Heat the QimiQ (cream) and dissolve the marzipan in it. Add amaretto, possibly add some chocolate - eat everything warm.
