  • 80 g butter
  • 50 grams sugar
  • g 1,000 quark, strained (curd cheese)
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Butter, for roasting
  • 250 g strawberries (strawberry pulp)

Instructions

  1. Mix the butter with the sugar and the eggs until foamy, gradually add the curd cheese, then mix in the flour, form small dumplings and let them steep in salted water for about 5 minutes. Sweeten the strawberry pulp to taste.
  2. Roast the breadcrumbs in the butter until golden brown, toss the dumplings in it, sprinkle with icing sugar and serve with the fruit pulp.
