Mix all dry ingredients, add curd cheese and lukewarm water. Knead into a smooth dough (food processor). Cover and let rise for about an hour.
Shape the dough into a roll and divide it into about 20 pieces. Shape the pieces of dough into 22 cm long rolls, make a knot in them and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, cover again for a short time. Then brush the knots with whipped yolk and sprinkle with caraway seeds. Instead of caraway, you can also use sesame or whatever you want on your rolls.
Bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
