Mix eggs, curd cheese, flour mixed with baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and leave to rest for about 15 minutes.
In the meantime, froth the butter in a larger pan and add the breadcrumbs
and toast briefly, then add cinnamon and sugar and keep warm.
Heat the coconut fat in a slightly higher (smaller) pan, cut out dumplings from the dough with a teaspoon and fry in the fat, remove, add to the cinnamon crumbs and mix well.
They taste best when eaten warm with vanilla pudding or fruit sauce.
