Instructions

  1. Wash the currants, sort them and finely puree them with the sugar. Cut the bananas into slices and puree with the buttermilk, milk and six to eight tablespoons of honey. Pour the banana buttermilk into glasses, pour the currant puree on the rim of the glasses and marble the puree with a straw.
