Instructions
Puree half of the berries and add sugar to the berry puree.
Whip the whipped cream until stiff and mix with the quark, cottage cheese and honey. Fold in the berries, pour the cream into dessert glasses and pour the currant puree on top.
Serve with wafer rolls if you like.
