Instructions

  1. Mix the juices in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Mix the cornstarch with a little juice. Add, stir well and cook until the mixture thickens.
  2. Fill into glasses and let cool.
  3. Mix all ingredients for the ricotta top. Put on the cooled jelly. Decorate with sweetened currants.
  4. Sounds spectacular, but it`s very simple.
