- Mix the juices in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Mix the cornstarch with a little juice. Add, stir well and cook until the mixture thickens.
- Fill into glasses and let cool.
- Mix all ingredients for the ricotta top. Put on the cooled jelly. Decorate with sweetened currants.
