Instructions
Juice the currants. Dissolve the honey in boiling water. Skimming. Then add the currant juice with tartar to the honey water. Stir vigorously for 15-20 minutes. As soon as the liquid becomes clear, mix with the cognac and pour into bottles.
Let rest for 14 days before serving.
