Instructions

  1. Wash the currants and remove the stems. Pour into a bowl or into the milkshake attachment of the food processor.
  2. Add milk and honey. Puree for 3 minutes, either with the food processor or with a hand blender.
  3. Then fill the shake into 2 glasses.
  4. Very refreshing in summer and low in calories.
