- 200 g currants
- 500 ml milk, cold
- 3 tablespoon honey

- Wash the currants and remove the stems. Pour into a bowl or into the milkshake attachment of the food processor.
- Add milk and honey. Puree for 3 minutes, either with the food processor or with a hand blender.
- Then fill the shake into 2 glasses.
- Very refreshing in summer and low in calories.
