Instructions

  1. Sweat the onion cubes in hot rapeseed oil in a large pan. Add the bananas with curry powder and turmeric and sauté briefly. Then add the butter and then all the other ingredients. Season with salt and pepper vigorously. Sear a little, then arrange on plates as a side dish and serve.
