Ingredients
- 250 g rice, cooked, cold
- 5 banana (s), peeled and cut into pieces
- 2 onion (s), diced
- 2 tablespoon oil rapeseed oil
- 100 g butter
- 2 tablespoon curry powder (madras curry, hot)
- 2 tablespoon turmeric
- salt and pepper
- 200 g raisins

- Sweat the onion cubes in hot rapeseed oil in a large pan. Add the bananas with curry powder and turmeric and sauté briefly. Then add the butter and then all the other ingredients. Season with salt and pepper vigorously. Sear a little, then arrange on plates as a side dish and serve.
