Ingredients

  • 4 chicken fillet (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 20 g flour
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 20 g butter or mararine
  • 6 tablespoon wine, white
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • liter ⅛ chicken broth
  • liter ⅛ whipped cream or Rama Cremefine
  • sugar
  • 4 banana (s)
  • 1 bunch chives, cut into rolls

Instructions

  1. Salt and pepper the chicken fillets. Fry in hot oil on both sides and then remove and leave out the butter. Now add flour and curry powder and sweat in the fat. Deglaze with white wine and lemon juice, top up with chicken stock and cream. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Cook open for about 3 minutes.
  2. Peel and slice 3 bananas. Place together with the meat in the 3 l Ultra Plus. Peel 1 banana, quarter long and place on top. Cover with the sauce.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 220 ° C for approx. 30 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with the chives and serve.
  5. Basmati rice goes well with it.
