- Cook the pasta in salted water. In the meantime, cut the meat and vegetables into cubes.
- Sear the meat with the garlic, spring onions and peanuts, then remove from the pan, fry the pasta briefly in the pan and set aside.
- Then fry the vegetables, add the meat again and fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the noodles, deglaze with the coconut milk, season and simmer for 10 minutes.
