Cut the chicken or turkey breast into small bite-sized cubes. Peel the garlic and cut it into small pieces or put it through the garlic press. Marinate the chicken / turkey breast together with the garlic and the curry paste and leave to stand in the refrigerator for about 1 hour (caution! Each curry paste has a different spiciness. Therefore, it is better to test it beforehand to avoid a too spicy curry).
Prepare the gnocchi according to the instructions on the packet. Wash the spring onions and cut into small rings.
Fry the marinated meat in a large pan in a little oil. When the meat is done, add the gnocchi and spring onions and fry briefly. Now pour in the cream and let it thicken briefly. If necessary, season with a little curry powder and salt and then serve immediately.
