Instructions

  1. Salt and pepper the schnitzel and bread as usual. Fry in the pan, remove and place on a baking sheet. Cover with 2 slices of pineapple and 2 slices of cheese and bake in the oven until the cheese has melted nicely.
  2. In the meantime, bring the curry sauce to the boil in a saucepan. Serve the finished schnitzel on a plate and pour the curry sauce over them.
  3. Croquettes also taste good.
