- Cook the rice until it is done and let it cool down.
- Mix the mayonnaise with the pineapple pieces, the pineapple juice, salt and curry powder. Mix in the cooled rice.
- Quarter the bananas lengthways, then cut into pieces and stir into the rice. Break the walnuts a little and stir in as well.
- Let steep for at least 1 hour before serving.
