Add the Worcester sauce, balsamic vinegar, nectar, salsa sauce, meat stock and water and mix everything well. Slowly stir in the remaining ingredients with a whisk (avoid lumps).
Now fry the sausages well, cut into bite-sized pieces and then mix with the curry sauce.
Bring the whole thing to a boil on medium heat and let it simmer gently while constantly watching, then serve with a very light layer of curry powder.
Freshly baked rolls are a great accompaniment.
