Ingredients

• 3 teaspoons olive oil
• 2 shallot (s), finely chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, pressed
• 1 chilli pepper (s), hot, chopped
• 3 teaspoons paprika powder, hot pink
• 3 teaspoons paprika powder, noble sweet
• 3 teaspoons curry powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 100 g suar
• 18 teaspoons tomato paste
• 4 red peppers, diced into small pieces
• 500 ml vegetable stock

Instructions

1. Put the olive oil in a saucepan and fry the shallots, garlic and diced peppers.
2. Then add all the other ingredients, stir well and simmer on medium heat for approx. 25 minutes. Then put everything in a blender and mix to a smooth liquid.
3. Finally, pour the sauce over a fried or grilled butcher`s sausage or krakauer and sprinkle with a little curry powder.
