Put the olive oil in a saucepan and fry the shallots, garlic and diced peppers.
Then add all the other ingredients, stir well and simmer on medium heat for approx. 25 minutes. Then put everything in a blender and mix to a smooth liquid.
Finally, pour the sauce over a fried or grilled butcher`s sausage or krakauer and sprinkle with a little curry powder.
