Ingredients
- 3 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 shallot (s), finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1 chilli pepper (s), hot, chopped
- 3 teaspoons paprika powder, hot pink
- 3 teaspoons paprika powder, noble sweet
- 3 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 100 g suar
- 18 teaspoons tomato paste
- 4 red peppers, diced into small pieces
- 500 ml vegetable stock

- Put the olive oil in a saucepan and fry the shallots, garlic and diced peppers.
- Then add all the other ingredients, stir well and simmer on medium heat for approx. 25 minutes. Then put everything in a blender and mix to a smooth liquid.
- Finally, pour the sauce over a fried or grilled butcher`s sausage or krakauer and sprinkle with a little curry powder.
