Ingredients

  • 5 sausages
  • 6 potato (s), waxy
  • 500 ml tomato (s), passed
  • 250 ml water
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 bell pepper (s)
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 200 g cheese, rated, for ratinatin

Instructions

  1. Boil, peel and slice potatoes.
  2. Cut the sausages into slices and fry them in a pan with the onions.
  3. Put the potatoes and sausages in a baking dish. Cut the paprika into strips and mix in.
  4. Heat the tomatoes with water, sugar, vinegar and tomato paste and reduce a little. Add the curry and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Put the sauce in the baking dish and sprinkle everything with cheese. Bake in the oven at approx. 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
