Ingredients
- 250 ml tomato ketchup
- 100 g tomato paste
- 100 ml water
- 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce or similar
- 1 shot red wine, (white wine also works)
- 1 teaspoon, leveled cayenne pepper, (less, if mildly desired)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 tablespoon ajvar
- 1 pinch (s) chilli flakes or powder

- Simply heat everything together until it starts to bubble. Then turn it down and heat for a few more minutes.
- Tastes much better with sausage than just plain spicy ketchup.
- The specified amount should easily be enough for 3 large sausages.
