Ingredients

• 250 ml tomato ketchup
• 100 g tomato paste
• 100 ml water
• 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce or similar
• 1 shot red wine, (white wine also works)
• 1 teaspoon, leveled cayenne pepper, (less, if mildly desired)
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 pinch (s) salt
• 1 tablespoon curry powder
• 1 tablespoon ajvar
• 1 pinch (s) chilli flakes or powder

Instructions

1. Simply heat everything together until it starts to bubble. Then turn it down and heat for a few more minutes.
2. Tastes much better with sausage than just plain spicy ketchup.
3. The specified amount should easily be enough for 3 large sausages.
