Ingredients
- 1 onion (s)
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 500 ml tomato (s), happened
- 2 tablespoon honey or brown sugar
- 1 ½ tablespoon, leveled curry
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder, noble sweet
- 1 pinch (s) cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon, leveled vegetable stock, instant
- 1 tablespoon, leveled Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoon vinegar
- some oil
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 shot red wine

- Steam the onion with a little oil in a saucepan until translucent. Add the tomato paste and sauté briefly. Then deglaze with a dash of red wine. Add the cup of vegetable stock and then mix everything with the hand blender.
- Add the remaining ingredients and simmer on a low flame for about 10 minutes.
- The sauce is enough for about 10 sausages.
- French fries or toast go well with it, of course.
