Knead the sugar, butter, salt, the egg, flour and baking powder with the dough hook to form a dough. Roll out 3/4 of the dough in a cake tin, form an approx. 3 cm high edge.
Mix the pudding powder, sugar and poppy seeds with the cold milk and bring to the boil, stirring constantly. Then let it soak for 5 minutes. Pour the pudding and poppy seed mixture into the cake tin and crumble the remaining dough on top.
