Ingredients

  • 200 g suar
  • 200 g butter, or mararine
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 375 grams flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 750 ml milk
  • 200 g poppy seeds
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 pck.pudding powder, (vanilla pudding)
  • 1 pck. Pudding powder, (chocolate pudding)

Instructions

  1. Knead the sugar, butter, salt, the egg, flour and baking powder with the dough hook to form a dough. Roll out 3/4 of the dough in a cake tin, form an approx. 3 cm high edge.
  2. Mix the pudding powder, sugar and poppy seeds with the cold milk and bring to the boil, stirring constantly. Then let it soak for 5 minutes. Pour the pudding and poppy seed mixture into the cake tin and crumble the remaining dough on top.
  3. Bake at 180 ° C for 40-45 minutes and then let cool down well.
