Ingredients
- 200 g suar
- 200 g butter, or mararine
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 egg (s)
- 375 grams flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 750 ml milk
- 200 g poppy seeds
- 150 grams sugar
- 1 pck.pudding powder, (vanilla pudding)
- 1 pck. Pudding powder, (chocolate pudding)

- Knead the sugar, butter, salt, the egg, flour and baking powder with the dough hook to form a dough. Roll out 3/4 of the dough in a cake tin, form an approx. 3 cm high edge.
- Mix the pudding powder, sugar and poppy seeds with the cold milk and bring to the boil, stirring constantly. Then let it soak for 5 minutes. Pour the pudding and poppy seed mixture into the cake tin and crumble the remaining dough on top.
- Bake at 180 ° C for 40-45 minutes and then let cool down well.
