125 g powdered suar
1 tablespoon water
2 tablespoon rum

Instructions

Separate eggs, beat egg whites into snow and refrigerate.
Put the remaining ingredients together in a bowl and stir into a batter. Then fold the beaten egg white into the dough so that it can still be easily seen.
Clamp parchment paper in a springform pan and cut it out with scissors so that a 1 cm edge remains (greasing is not necessary). Now pour the mixture into the springform pan and distribute it evenly.
Then bake at 175 ° C top / bottom heat in a preheated oven for about 60 minutes.
Take the cake out of the oven and let it cool down.
For the icing, mix powdered sugar with water and rum and stir with a spoon until smooth (it is better to use the liquids sparingly, because you can always add). Put the resulting mixture on the cake and spread it with a knife.
Tip: You can bake a whole tray for a larger amount. To do this, take the recipe times 2 and put the dough in a deep tray that was previously lined with baking paper. Nothing changes in the baking time.
