Instructions

  1. Separate eggs, beat egg whites into snow and refrigerate.
  2. Put the remaining ingredients together in a bowl and stir into a batter. Then fold the beaten egg white into the dough so that it can still be easily seen.
  3. Clamp parchment paper in a springform pan and cut it out with scissors so that a 1 cm edge remains (greasing is not necessary). Now pour the mixture into the springform pan and distribute it evenly.
