  • 50 grams sugar

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg yolks with the butter until foamy, work in the almonds, cornstarch, poppy seeds and grated chocolate.
  2. Beat the egg whites until stiff and slowly pour in the sugar. Carefully fold the egg whites into the poppy seed mixture.
  3. Fill ¾ of the dough into glasses and bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for 35 to 40 minutes.
  4. The batter is enough for 4 glasses of 200 ml each.
