- Cook the pasta until al dente, drain it and place it in a large bowl.
- Chop the Lyoner, ham, cheese and peppers into small pieces. Drain the peas, corn, mushrooms and mandarins, add everything to the pasta.
- Boil the eggs hard, cut 2 of them into small pieces and add to the salad, save the other two for decoration.
- Make a salad dressing from the remaining ingredients, season and pour over the salad.
- Place the sliced eggs decoratively on the salad, garnish with chives or parsley.
- Tip: It`s best to make the pasta salad a day in advance, then it can go through nicely.
