Cyberladys Pasta Salad

Summary

Ingredients

• 500 g spahetti, fork spahetti
• 500 g meat sausae, (Lyoner)
• 1 small can peas, (400g)
• 1 small Can corn
• 1 small Can (s) mushrooms
• 1 can tangerine (s)
• 250 g cheese, Gouda
• 4 egg (s)
• Yogurt, Mayo or Miracel Whip
• Parsley, chives, vinegar
• 300 g ham
• 1 bell pepper (s)
• salt and pepper

Instructions

1. Cook the pasta until al dente, drain it and place it in a large bowl.
2. Chop the Lyoner, ham, cheese and peppers into small pieces. Drain the peas, corn, mushrooms and mandarins, add everything to the pasta.
3. Boil the eggs hard, cut 2 of them into small pieces and add to the salad, save the other two for decoration.
4. Make a salad dressing from the remaining ingredients, season and pour over the salad.
5. Place the sliced eggs decoratively on the salad, garnish with chives or parsley.
6. Tip: It`s best to make the pasta salad a day in advance, then it can go through nicely.
