Ingredients
- 350 g spaetzle
- 2 leeks
- 1 spring onion (s) or
- 1 small onion (s)
- Soy sauce, dark
- Oil (safflower or rapeseed oil)
- Spice mixture Chinese spice
- salt and pepper
- Chilli powder
- vinegar
- 1 small Jar mushrooms, sliced (st choice)

- Boil the spaetzle in salted water until al dente, drain and allow to cool.
- Finely chop the onion or cut the spring onion into fine rings. Wash the leek and cut into fine rings. Mix the spaetzle, onion and leek.
- Prepare a spicy marinade from oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, Chinese spices, chili powder and soy sauce (the amount depends on your taste and taste) and mix with the salad. Let stand overnight.
- Just before consumption, fold in the cut mushrooms and season again if necessary.
