  • Celery – 1 Piece
  • Bulgarian pepper – 1 Piece
  • Carrots – 1 Piece
  • Red onion – 1 Piece
  • Condensed milk – 0.3333 Cup
  • Apple Cider Vinegar – 0.25 Cup
  • Paprika – 0.5 Teaspoon
  • Cayenne Pepper – 0.25 Teaspoon
  • Parsley – 1 Bunch

Creamy Pasta Salad Instructions

  1. Boil pasta in salted water and cool after boiling.
  2. Cut the bell peppers and celery into small cubes.
  3. Chop carrots and onions in the same way, mix vegetables in one bowl.
  4. In a separate container, mix mayonnaise, condensed milk and vinegar.
  5. Season the dressing with cayenne pepper and paprika.

  6. Pour the mixture with vegetables and pasta into the creamy sauce, stir.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
