• 1 bottle vodka

Instructions

1. Shake the dandelion flowers well so that small insects can fall out. Then pluck off the yellow flower tips. This stains very strongly, so wear gloves.
2. Finely peel the peel of the lemon and then squeeze the lemon.
3. Put the dandelion blossoms with lemon zest, lemon juice and rock sugar in a glass. Pour the vodka on top.
4. Let stand in a bright place for about 4 weeks, then filter off.
