Put the tender plants in salt water for a short time to clean them. Rub a bowl with the clove of garlic. Mix oil, salt and lemon juice or vinegar with the herbs to make a sauce, then add the dandelion leaves.
Turn on about 30 minutes before eating so that the leaves become a little more tender.
