- 200 g dandelion, the leaves, tender
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice or wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

- Put the tender plants in salt water for a short time to clean them. Rub a bowl with the clove of garlic. Mix oil, salt and lemon juice or vinegar with the herbs to make a sauce, then add the dandelion leaves.
- Turn on about 30 minutes before eating so that the leaves become a little more tender.
- Variants:
- Dress up the salad with nut oil, or top with small cubes of bacon and garlic croutons and / or coarsely chopped egg.
