Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes for about 25 minutes.
  2. Mash the cheese and mix well with the quark. Season to taste with caraway seeds, salt and pepper.
  3. Peel the onion and cut into rings. Peel and quarter the potatoes and serve with quark on the lettuce leaves.
  4. Garnish with onion rings.
