Ingredients
- 150 g potato (s)
- 30 g mushroom cheese
- 100 g quark
- 1 pinch (s) caraway seeds
- salt
- pepper
- 1 onion (s), red
- some salad

- Boil the potatoes for about 25 minutes.
- Mash the cheese and mix well with the quark. Season to taste with caraway seeds, salt and pepper.
- Peel the onion and cut into rings. Peel and quarter the potatoes and serve with quark on the lettuce leaves.
- Garnish with onion rings.
