- Chop the figs very finely and add half as much water, in this case 25 ml. Stir well and soak for an hour.
- Now add the cocoa powder, cinnamon as desired and the cream and stir well.
- I like to eat this cream on bread or in pancakes.
- This recipe can also be varied in many ways. Use dried dates, vanilla pods or ground nuts instead of figs.
