Instructions

  1. Chop the figs very finely and add half as much water, in this case 25 ml. Stir well and soak for an hour.
  2. Now add the cocoa powder, cinnamon as desired and the cream and stir well.
  3. I like to eat this cream on bread or in pancakes.
  4. This recipe can also be varied in many ways. Use dried dates, vanilla pods or ground nuts instead of figs.
