Instructions

  1. Cut the bananas into slices. Core and halve the dates. Alternately place a layer of banana and a layer of dates in a bowl.
  2. Whip the cream until it is semi-stiff, add a pinch of salt if necessary. Pour the cream over the fruit. The dessert has to steep in the refrigerator overnight.
  3. The cream is absorbed by the fruit and gives it a soft, sticky consistency.
