Instructions

1. Sift the flour and baking powder into a bowl. Pit the dates and sort out around 16-20 depending on the size.
2. Finely chop the remaining dates (it works very well with an electric grinder, food processor or magic wand)
3. Add the date mixture with the other ingredients to the flour and use an electr. Mix the hand mixer (put on the dough hook) only on the low level, after one minute on the highest level to form a dough.
4. Cover the sorted out dates with batter and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Slide onto the middle rail of the preheated oven.
5. Top / bottom heating: 180 ° C
6. Hot air: 160 ° C
7. Gas: level 2-3
