Clean, wash and spin the lettuce. Now peel 2 oranges over a bowl so that the whole white skin is also removed, cut between the separating membranes and remove the orange fillets and place them on a plate. Squeeze out the orange residue by hand and collect the juice in the bowl.
Wash grapes, cut in half and remove any seeds. Roughly chop the walnuts. Dice or cut the cheese into small pieces.
Make dressing from 8 tablespoons of orange juice (if the collected juice is not enough, squeeze out the 3rd orange), 3 tablespoons. White wine vinegar, 3 tablespoon. Olive oil, salt, pepper and sugar.
Arrange everything on plates or wider glass bowls and drizzle with the dressing.
